These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Patriot Family Insurance LLC. By using patriotfamilyinsurance.com, requesting a quote, or contacting one of our agents, you agree to what is written here.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Patriot Family Insurance LLC is a licensed insurance agency headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire. We help families across 49 U.S. states find life insurance from carriers we work with. We are not a carrier. We do not issue policies. Carriers do that.

What this site does
The site is a marketing and intake tool. You can learn about Whole Life, Term Life, and Final Expense coverage, read our blog, find an agent, and request a quote. When you submit a quote request, a licensed Patriot agent reaches out to walk you through options from carriers we represent.
Content on the site is for general information. It is not insurance advice or a recommendation to buy a specific policy. Insurance decisions involve your age, health, state of residence, and other personal factors. Talk to one of our agents before making one.
Who can use this site
You need to be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to request a quote. We are not licensed to sell insurance in New York, so residents of New York cannot purchase coverage through us. You can still browse the site.
By using the site, you confirm that the information you share with us is truthful and that you have the legal authority to submit it.
Calls, texts, and emails
When you submit your phone number or email through our forms, you consent to being contacted by Patriot Family Insurance and our licensed agents about your quote request. Contact may happen by phone, text (SMS), or email. Message and data rates may apply.
We use autodialers and prerecorded messages in some cases. Giving us your consent is not required to buy a policy. You can opt out of marketing communications any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or asking your agent to take you off the list.
Quotes are estimates, not policies
Every quote shown on the site or provided by an agent is an estimate based on the information you gave us and carrier guidelines at the time. Estimates change. Final pricing and approval are determined by the carrier once you complete a full application and any required underwriting.
A policy is only in force once the carrier issues it and the first premium is paid. Until then, no coverage exists, even if an agent has walked you through numbers.
Accuracy of information you share
You agree to give us truthful, current, and complete information when requesting a quote or applying for coverage. Misrepresentation on an insurance application can void a policy. Please answer carrier questions honestly, even the awkward ones.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access parts of the site we have not made public.
- Submit quote requests with false identities or on behalf of someone else without authorization.
- Interfere with the site, its servers, or other users.
- Use the site to send spam, malware, or automated traffic.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site, the text, layout, logos, images of our agents, the Patriot Family Insurance name, the design system, is owned by Patriot Family Insurance LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You can view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
Carrier logos and product names belong to their respective owners.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to carrier websites, state insurance departments, the NAIC, or other resources. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse everything on them, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
When you continue a quote through a carrier's own form, that carrier's terms and privacy policy apply.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We try to keep information accurate and the site running, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security issues. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express and implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Information on the site is general and may be out of date. Insurance laws and carrier products change. Confirm details with a licensed agent before relying on any figure you see here.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot Family Insurance LLC and its agents, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or any content on it. This includes lost profits, lost data, and business interruption, even if we knew such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim connected to the site, to the extent liability cannot be fully disclaimed, is limited to one hundred dollars (US$100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Patriot Family Insurance LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or information you submitted that turned out to be false or misleading.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or misused the site. You can stop using the site at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (like intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. State and federal insurance regulations that apply to your state of residence are not displaced by this choice of law.
For any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the site that is not resolved informally after a good-faith attempt, you and Patriot agree to bring the claim in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will post a notice on the homepage. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
