Our National Producer Number (NPN) is TODO-NPN. You can look it up at NIPR.com to confirm active license status.
We maintain an active producer license in each state listed below. Every number is verifiable through that state's Department of Insurance website. If your state is missing, we are not licensed to sell life insurance there.

We are an independent agency. That means we contract with multiple insurance carriers and help you compare coverage across them, rather than selling from one company's catalog.
Current carrier partners include Mutual of Omaha, Prudential, AIG, Transamerica, Foresters, and John Hancock. Patriot does not own or control any of these carriers, and no carrier owns or controls Patriot.
When you buy a policy we quoted, the carrier pays us a commission. This is how our agents are paid, and it is typical for licensed insurance agencies. You do not pay Patriot directly for the quote, the consultation, or the application. The premium you send to the carrier is what you pay for the policy.
Quotes we provide are estimates. They are not binding. A policy is only in force once a carrier issues it and the first premium is paid. Rates change based on age, health, state of residence, tobacco use, and the specific carrier and product you choose.
Insurance products sold in each state are subject to that state's laws. Not every product is available in every state.
Every state also gives you a "free look" window after a policy is issued, usually 10 to 30 days. If you change your mind within that window, you can cancel and receive a full refund of any premium paid.
If something goes wrong with a policy we wrote and we cannot resolve it together, you have the right to file a complaint with your state's Department of Insurance. Most state DOIs accept complaints online.
Start with us first. If we cannot fix an issue ourselves, we will help you identify the right DOI office for your state.
